Lydia Proctor is back on the case - genealogy that is.  This time it's at the request of a Tri-Cities society founding member. When Jackie Grier asks Lydia to help solve a family dispute, Lydia takes the task on reluctantly. Patience becomes a virtue when Lydia has to appease Jackie and try to solve her family history problem the "right" way.

Murder, as she eventually learns, comes in many forms, both in the past and the present.

As always Lydia has the support of her good friends, Faye, Muriel and Julia.

I wish I had money
Gee that's a standard statement for most familes these days. I would like a little extra to hire someone to promote my books.

I work 40 hours a week have two kids still at home, shuffle one of them to hula practice 2 nights a week, squeeze in yoga one night a week and am president of a genealogy society which meets twice a month...not counting the duties that goes with that position. I still catalog the collection and am in the process of re-entering all the periodicals because of a harddrive crash at my house. Yep I'm a whiner and darn proud of it!

So now you understand why I would really like to hire someone to do my publicity. If you're cheap (free would be best. lol) send me an e-mail. I'd love to hear from you!

Signing Books!
Well last night I signed 5 books, four new and one of the old title. It was really nice to be able to hold it in my hand and see how far I have come from three years ago. Now I need to work on flyers and bookmarks and send them out to genealogical societies. I tried that last time, but I think now that I have two books out it will generate a little more interest!
